Return Policy

If your pet doesn’t like a product you bought from us, whether you got it delivered, picked it up or bought it in-store or dog show, simply return the item in its original packaging with any unused portion to CPN within 30 days of purchase. We will exchange it for a product your pet will love or refund your money. Receipt is required.
